Very happy with food at first, service has been good. We have had sushi dinner twice, sushi lunch once, and went there for hot pot twice. Our last experience we ordered our hot pot, cooked our soup, started eating and unfortunately we had to leave quick due to an issue at home. We hadn't ordered anything extra, we barely had time to eat. We asked the server if we could take what was in our bowl home, due to the circumstances. She said no, but she,would send over the manager. The manager Jay, then came over and told us no because it was all you can eat. I understand the concept, but I think you should have recognized that the situation was different. We didnt order a lot to begin with, we didnt order anything extra. For example, my husband ordered one soup, with one noodle, beef (but he was served pork), a cilantro ball and mushrooms. So we left, still hungry, and payed for food that we couldn't eat and was probably just thrown out. In the times we Renette Casey Went there for father's day and it was great. Food was excellent with a large selection. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Atmosphere was great for couples or families. Tori Went there with my friend and left in a near food coma! The crab meat udon soup was delicious and had huge chunks of crab. The cocktail I ordered was very sweet and tasty. The sushi was perfect. I also ordered bubble tea for the first time, and it came in a huge glass and was very satisfying. Plan on coming back for the hot pot next time!
